I wanted to take a moment to give you some feedback about your Demo person. She is utterly the most professional demo person I have ever seen at our store. She is conscious of food safety and courteous to our team and the customers. Unlike many other demo people in other companies, she is never caught texting on her phone (or chatting with other demo people) and spends each moment she has with every customer selling her product and explaining what a great product it is. She procures thoughtful pairing ideas and it really seems that she enjoys her job. I have never once had to talk to her about something she is doing wrong. She is always welcome at our store and in fact, I would even prefer her as she is always a pleasure to work with.
