We are a bespoke brand building business, offering a full range of comprehensive and highly effective marketing and promotional support and solutions to our clients. We don’t have “brand ambassadors;” our people are called ‘Bees’. Our Bees have been hired directly by Busy Bee’s HR and rigorously trained by our exceptional national trainers. We do not outsource our staff as many agencies do. We build the buzz for your company by happily pollinating the marketplace with your product/service offering, in the form of tasty samples, branded premiums/collateral and compelling information, all with uncommonly engaging, hands-on interactions. •Contacting stores to set up and confirm the best demo date and time.
•Requesting Buyer or Department Head to order product at least five days before the demo(s). (Clients to ensure their products have made it to the shelves)
•Ensuring enough product to sample and sell.
•Fully trained Bee executing 4 hours on-site (3+hours of active sampling).
•Communicating with store department lead or Buyer for better placement/more facings.
•Negotiating a full shelf of product is displayed for demo as well as when demo is completed to increase residual sales.
•Providing client with a comprehensive monthly summary and report.
•Weekly calendar and recap updates.
•Retailer brand advocacy meetings.
•Working with stores and buyers to assist client with sell-in.
•Contacting existing retailers for additional up-sell opportunities.
•Regular communication and coordination with client’s other media agencies and departments.
•Weekly status calls.
•Additions or changes to your product(s) will be included on the training information at no extra cost.
•Comprehensive administrative support (bi-weekly conference calls with Busy Bee Market Managers).
•Weekly training sessions conducted by our Busy Bee national trainers. This level is ideal for monthly programs.

•Ensuring enough product to sample and sell.
•Fully trained Bee executing 4 hours on-site (3+hours of active sampling).
•Inventory, front and face product.
•Communicating with store department lead or Buyer for better placement/more facings.
•Ensure a full shelf of product is displayed for demo as well as when demo is completed to increase residual sales.
•Comprehensive monthly summary and report •Basic administrative support.

•All the same services as Platinum Plus, but in a 3-hour on-site package (2+hours of active sampling).
Please note, some stores and chains will not allow demos to be scheduled under a 4-hour time frame.

Split Focus Level
Split Focus Level
•Busy Bee makes all arrangements with the store prior to a demo.
•Clients to ensure their products have made it to the shelves and there is enough to
sample and sell at the demo.
•Fully trained Bee executing 4-hour demo sampling at the same time as another client’s well-paired product.**
•Inventory, front and face each client’s product.
•Ensuring a full shelf of product is displayed for demo as well as when demo is completed to increase residual sales.
•Comprehensive monthly summary and report for each client
•Basic administrative support.
•Weekly calendar and recap updates.
**Split Focus Sampling only available if client or store has another client to refer to Busy Bee, or another current Busy Bee client is willing to opt-in. Each client’s products must complement one another and should not be competing or unrelated.
*Full demo fee will be charged if Bee arrives at the store to demo and the client’s products are not available to sample.
Split Focus refers to the splitting of time between the two products simultaneously. It does not refer to splitting the pricing of our other levels in half.
Investment: Starting at $125 per client product per demo.*

Product Education Ambassador
· 3 Hours On-Site (each additional hour beyond 3 hours charged at $30 per hour)
· No actual product sampling occurs, only educational interaction with consumers
· When Busy Bee is working alongside a client representative or a 3rd party representative ('side-by-sides'), the client makes all arrangements before a visit.
· When Busy Bee is conducting a solo visit, Busy Bee makes all arrangements beforehand, contacting stores to set up and confirm the best date and time.
· Fully trained Bee on-site executing product education.
· Inventory, front and face product.
· Communicate with store department lead or Buyer for better placement/more facings.
· Basic administrative support.
· Weekly calendar and recap update.
· Comprehensive monthly summary and report
Investment: $135 per visit

Product Inventory Assessment
· Bees will be on-site up to 1 hour per visit.
· Activation can only be completed with a flexible time frame, not a specific date/time per location (i.e., not a scheduled visit)
Services include but are not limited to:
· Removing expired or expiring product from the shelf and back stock.
· Placing stickers, coupons, neck ringers, or shelf-talkers on/near product.
· Inventory, front and face product.
· Basic administrative support.
· Weekly calendar and recap update (when applicable).
· Comprehensive monthly summary and report (when applicable).Investment: $100 per visit

*ALL IN-STORE SERVICES REQUIRE:
- A one-time training packet and recap document creation fee of $150 will apply to all new programs. Monthly recap updates and minor training adjustments are no charge. Fees will apply for entirely new focus product lines or brand and product changes. This fee will be agreed upon by both parties in advance of changes to the training packet.
- $40 monthly/round of demos training calls for up to 25 demos in that round. Additional $40 calls may be required for larger demo numbers and more territories per round of demos requested. Ongoing training is essential and required for a successful & growing demo program.
- The client will either provide product to Busy Bee for sampling or approve reimbursable-purchases of sampling product on-site/in-store.
- Event Asset Fulfillment to Bees (when and where applicable) can be fulfilled by the client, or Busy Bee can manage the whole process for you with our Event Asset Fulfillment services which include, but are not limited to: demo/event supply storage, asset procurement, climate-controlled warehousing, fulfillment, packing, shipping, tracking, and inventory management, for an average of $30-35 per demo (Busy Bee Promotions offers Kitting and Fulfillment Services as an ala carte service for you and your in-house demo and sales teams as well-CALL FOR A QUOTE). Custom quotes are available for special and one-off events.
- Add $45 per hour for additional on-site hours requested. (Two or more person demos are based on scope of request-CALL FOR A QUOTE)
- Add $10 per demo for demos that require an Extra-Step-Prep. These would include—but not be limited to—demos that require heating up product (with toaster ovens, microwaves, skillets, etc.), blending, and multiple ingredient recipes.
- Add $25 per demo for cooking demos. This fee applies to cooking demos (raw meats, fish, poultry, boiling water, and otherwise altering the structure of the product in order to serve safely to the public). The use of proprietary appliances necessary for your demos will be quoted on a case-by-case basis (for example, using a Vitamix Blender instead of a basic blender).
- Add $40 per demo for alcohol and cannabis demos-Additional fees may apply if specific handler's cards or insurance requirements are mandatory based on local or state policies.
- Add $15 for cost-of-living-premium-cities-fee (Greater Seattle, San Francisco and Bay Area, Great Boston & Metro NYC (Five Burroughs, NJ/CT suburbs of NYC, Chicago, and suburbs).
In-Store Brand Building Expectations
What is “In-Store Brand Building” and what should your goals ‘Bee’? Many companies demo their products in the store to generate initial sales. While sales are of course essential, to focus on just the initial sale is to miss the opportunity to engage on a meaningful level with your clients and consumers—which creates residual sales; the ultimate goal of In-Store Brand Building. Our Brand- Builder Bees go the extra mile to make friends with your customers and consumers. People do business with people (and businesses) they like. When we sample your product, your consumers learn about your mission and your unique sales proposition in a very engaging way. Our approach is to have consumers buy your product because they love it, rather than hard sell it. The goal should be residual sales from a loyal consumer, and that’s what our focus is. It’s worth noting that our Bees are trained in sales skills by one of the nation’s top sales trainers as well, but we don’t make any guarantees with regard to total sales per demo, as there are circumstances beyond our control that can affect sales numbers (slow stores, severe weather, etc.). Our In-Store-Brand Building services should be considered an integral part of your overall marketing and outreach strategies and to drive trial. We are more than happy to work with you to achieve mutually established goals for your brand to become a household name!
